i believe my last experience will speak for itself: i received not one, not two, not even three or four (i stopped counting) compliments on my hair after leaving volero on saturday. i've been going to victor for, it must be 3 years now, and every time i've trusted him with my hair, i've looked fantastic. he's great at listening to your concerns and creative in tackling them. i love when the entire team gets involved and each lends their expertise to really give you outstanding hair. fantastico!
