I first met Victor at my last place of employment, and he was forever asking me to get a haircut at Volero. I was currently happy with my stylist at the time, so I never went. Years later, I decided to make an appointment for a cut and color. Victor has always been a warm, kind person, and I immediately noticed he modeled his salon in the same fashion: You walk in, and it's like this amazing, beautiful sanctuary, with friendly people. The first haircut I received was perfect, but I found I had a hard time styling it. Victor made me come back and he cut it so I was able to style it easier. Trent had put this awesome CHERRY red streak in my hair that kept fading, due to the lack of protien in my hair. Trent was so kind, and even though I felt like a complete annoying pest, he told me I HAD to come back if it faded so he could figure something out. Either way, he said he would make the red stay. Months later, I went back for my second cut and color, and it's the best hair style I've had in a long time. From the sweet Neptune who sometimes works at the front and answers the phone, to the creative Victor who creates a style, and to the perceptive Trent who does incredible color... This place is AMAZING. The price is a bit steep, but it's worth it to look good. Thanks Volero- You guys ROCK!
