Volero, Victor Hugo was referred to me by a friend who loves her hair and has now be a faithful customer for years. Then, I went. The moment I walked in I was treated with attention, love and kindness. I sat in their artistic waiting room as they offered me tea or a glass of wine. I was in awe of the environment with art and handmade easels for hair stations. I was truly excited as I anticipated what would come next. I was then guided to Victor Hugo's station, one of the owners of the salon. His wife, Neptune and himself, looked and my hair and then created the blueprint of a most amazing design!
