Roto-Rooter of North Las Vegas, is awesome ! I wasn't very excited to come home on a Saturday night to find that my water heater was having a pool party in my garage/home-office. I called Roto-Rooter based on a recommendation from a friend, and was pleasantly surprised when Jonathan came out about 30 minutes after I called (nearly midnight). He assessed the situation, and made sure it was safe .. gave me an estimate with absolutely NO pressure, and left. I felt I had all of the necessary information to decide what I wanted to do, when I wanted to do it. No hot water or not, I am typically a 'shopper around'er' .. but I had absolutely no doubt that I wanted him to do the work. I called the next morning (Sunday), he came back, installed the new unit, explained necessities, and some things I actually wasn't aware of, and I couldn't have been more pleased to spend money I hadn't planned on spending :) I don't know if Roto Rooters are franchised, or corporate owned, or both, but the policies, disclosures, and techs for the North Las Vegas Roto-Rooter are something more businesses should aspire to. I only wish I could drive my new water heater around so I could tell the story .. hahaha !
