Review content:
Called for service on 11/26 for a leaking hose on the side of my house. It had been leaking for some time and I asked if someone can be @ my house w/in the hour. The plumber was very timely, however I was not satisfied w/ the limited information provided prior to the start of the service. This was my second time calling Roto-Rooter since living in Las Vegas. My first experience was great, The plumber made sure I was fully aware of what I was signing and the process that it would take to complete the job. He made me aware that he would have to make a hole in the wall in order to get to the root cause of the leaky hose, he even repaired the Stucco in my wall after the hose repair. This plumber, on the other hand, tries to charge me $85 just to make the hole in the wall and then once the hole was made he tells me that he is not responsible for the repair of the hole. I immediately called and requested a manager who told me the hole would be repaired on tues 11/29 and it still has not been repaired.
