Last month I enjoyed my birthday with my family and friends. After the long day of fun I finally laid down to go to sleep when a loud bang came from outside. Lucky me a drunk driver slammed into my beautiful 3 series. After being up till 3 AM dealing with the insurance I was able to go to sleep. I awoke the next morning and called Newport Sterling BMW to have my car towed to the collision center. I was very upset and looking for some fast answers. I called in before my car even got there. The friendly staff told me nobody had been assigned to my file yet but that they would find out who was. After a short wait on hold Bobby was on the phone with me. He was great and took a lot of worry off my shoulders. He made himself readily available for me on short notice and met with me an hour later. When I got to the collision center the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bobby came into the waiting room and introduced him self. Then he took me back were my car was were he walked me through the process and filled me in on what was going to happen. I could tell I was dealing with someone who was honest and trully concernd. Being someone who works in hospitalty this ment a lot to me. Bobby kept me up to speed on everything that was happening. After about a week the insurance company called me and told me my car was a total loss. Once again I was ready to find out what was going to happen next. Right after I hung up the phone with the insurance company Bobby called. He told me the news as well and made himself readily available so that I could come clean my car out and sign off the car. I could not of been happier with who I was dealing with.
