Review content:
I used to be a consulting partner with Price Waterhouse. I backed our new car into the garage door. We live in the Palm Springs area and got two estimates out here and then visited Sterling Collision in Tustin. We had Sterling do the repair.
Our overall experience - they have a world-class facility, service that every organization should aspire to, and a General Manager with integrity and a great sense of fairness.
With the myriad of on-line reviews and the uncertainty of who is doing the rating and their motivation, I would simply suggest visiting their Tustin facility and talking with either Bobby Kripps, client advisor, or Ray Shahi, the General Manager.
Here was our experience. First, Bobby Kripps asked for the keys and drove it into their facility. He tried to have the scratches buffed out so he could simply hand us the keys and say goodbye. He noticed a very small dent that neither of the other two companies saw. He showed us the facility including the area where they basically detail every car they work on and explained the steps in the repair process. Four days later we drove into Orange County and picked up the car. It was immaculate.
Don?t take our word for it ? simply visit them.
