In 2009, I went to Dr. Stoeckel for a breast reduction and at first my insurance denied me. The front desk receptionist Karen was so so nice, I called them frequently and never was she rude, when I asked her a question and she did not have a answer, she would tell me that she would call me back and I always recieved a return call on the same business day. In 2011, recieved a new insurance carrier that approved me for my breast reduction. Once again any and all questions I had, they were answered immediately or within 24 hours. I finally had my surgey on 12/5, after my surgery I was concerned about some bleeding. Each and everytime I called the office I was able to speak to someone that would answer my question. The best part about it was after hours when I was concerned and contacted the office, I was transfered directly to Dr. Stoeckel which made me feel so special. I can honestly say that he and his staff are the best plastic surgeons in the NC area. The staff at Wake Plastic Surgery are phenominal!!!!!!!!! I wish I could go there right now and hug each and everyone of them. If you ever need any plastic surgery done and would like the best care contact them and I guarantee you will be please with the service you receive.
