I stopped in this week to get a few organizational things for my new house. They have so much to choose from, and some really clever things you can't find elsewhere, at least not in a local brick-and-mortar store (I like to see things firsthand before I buy). I'm surprised other reviewers mentioned that it was pricey -- I comparison shopped at Target and Bed Bath & Beyond and found Creative Storage Systems cheaper than both for what I was purchasing (maybe they've come down in price since '07?). Plus, they're a local business, which I always prefer to support. The staff there was very friendly as well. I definitely plan to consult with them when I get my custom closets built, I don't doubt they'll be cheaper than a certain "Californian" closet company ;)
