I have just recently had my first experience with Ron's. I ordered a cheap pistol from them over the phone. A Hi-Point 9 m.m. I didn't spend much money there, but they treated me like I did. The gun came in 2 days later. When they called to let me know it was in I was at work and wasn't sure I could make it before closing time. I was told not to worry, they would hang out and wait for me! I picked up the gun and took it home and found out it was defective. I called Ron's the following day to see what I had to do. The store was actually closed on that day for inventory, but they went ahead and ordered me a new gun right then. I went and traded out for the defective gun 2 days later. Needless to say I was very impressed. Everyone at the store was very friendly and very professional. I live 75 miles from Ron's, but will make the drive any time to do business there. They are trying to find me another pistol That I want to add to my collection but can't find myself now. I highly recommend Ron's Pawn and gun for a nice smooth and friendly transaction.
