I needed something done with my master bedroom closet for more storage. We just moved in and I have about seven boxes of folded clothes that do not fit in my closet at the moment. I called on three places to give me a design and price for more space in my closet. The Perfect Closet was one of them.
The salesman/designer came out and measured my closet and made an adequate design. He couldn't really tell me if all my items would fit in it though. They have a nice little computer system, so it was quick. The price was decent as well. They do actual built shelves and hangers rather than a modular system like California Closets.
The salesman seemed nice enough, and did not try to force me into a decision when he was at my house.....BUT....he called me at least twice a day for about a week trying to see if I made a decision. I finally e-mailed him and told him we were going with a different company. A major reason for that decision is because of his persistent calling. It was very annoying.
I would not recommend this company. I guess there is a reason why they don't have any sort of waiting time before the installation. It's because they have no customers!!
