If I could rate negative stars, I would. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Live Oak location on Agora Pkwy! They scheduled an appointment for my daughter who was in pain for a loose tooth. When we showed up for the appointment, NO ONE WAS THERE!!! Just to be certain, I called the location up the street to see if our appointment was there and that location was closed also! I was then treated rudely and hung up on by their receptionist when I called the following Monday to confront them about their unprofessionalism. Also, forget calling the corporate office, Smile Brands, to voice a complaint either. It seems that customer service is not their top priority. This place is a complete circus show, and I would not recommend this office to my worse enemy!
