We decided in 2005/2006 to build our beach house and started checking out builders and came across SM Marshall Construction and after several meetings he gave me a list of former clients and I called every single one on the page, thinking that only 2 or 3 might call me back. Every single person called me back. That alone says volumes. The former clients gave us great feedback and we decided to go with them. We were not disappointed. Stevie and his team built us a solid house that we are still in love with. To this day (about 5 years later) we still call them for any upgrades or anything related to future projects on our home. And anyone that has gone thru a building process of their home can attest that having a reliable, trustworthy contractor is truly priceless. I would build another house with Stevie anytime.
