IF I HAD THE TIME, I'D HAVE DONE THE WORK MYSELF. These guys have done some great work for me. However, recently they've really f-ed up. I'm considering calling the Better Business Bureau. I have a sports car...it's pretty quick...no I won't be more specific. I took it there for some basic suspension work and a wheel alignment. I was out of the area when work was complete, so a trustworthy co-worker picked it up for me. He told me that a worker there said ""Maaaaan is this car fast! Your friend must have a lot of money into it..."" I gave them very specific wheel alignment settings, and they did a GREAT job on those. It rides perfectly. However, it feels like the alignment is slipping. Wtf, did you not tighten the camber bolts to the proper torque specs? It's funny how, now my clutch is slipping horribly. It's only a year old. I'm fairly certain that these idiots took my car out for a test drive after the alignment and were power launching it 0-60 in 4 seconds again and again... ...now I'm out $1,000 because they can't respect other people's property. Also, there was no reason to be in my trunk for this work, but there was some slight damage to the lip edge of my trunk. It's not that noticeable but still enough for myself as the owner to recognize it and wonder what the hell they were doing? Lastly, as my co-worker brought my vehicle home and pulled it into my parking stall, a screwdriver managed to slide out from underneath the hood, up the edge of the windshield, off the car and into the wall. What the hell is going on over there at JC Auto.?
