It's truly a shame the management here is what it is because the area nearby is nice, the townhouses are affordable, and if it wasn't for the management Whitehall Place would be a nice place to live. Expect attitude anytime you call the leasing office with a problem. I am grateful my lease is just about up and I am on my way out of here. I wouldn't recommend Whitehall Place to anyone under this current management. I received a 35 dollar fee for not being ready for an exterminator I didn't know was coming nor request. The management says they put a letter on the outside of the screen door stating the exterminator was coming. They put the letter to the outside of the screen door, where it can blow away or fall off, instead of putting the letter through the mail slot on your door. Very few people actually use their front doors here, as parking is in the back, although I didn't receive the letter about the exterminator, I still had to pay the fee. Then I receive another fee, which I was told was the sewer bill and the way I'm told it worked was they pay the sewer bill and I pay them, so I pay them, and what do you know a sewer bill racks up, now I'll have to pay the sewer bill and fight with management about getting the money I paid them back. The windows are put in wrong and if left unlocked and it gets windy enough, the windows will blow open and off of the track, to be fair though only 3 windows do that, not all of them. I could go on and on, bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
