Answered the phone on 2nd ring and said the repair man would be in touch as soon as he finishes up a job, he did. The repairman was here the next day and exactly the time promised 8:30 am. No waiting around for hours wondering when he will show up. My Bosh dishwasher was fixed in less than 1/2 hour because he had the part with him (a water valve). Very courteous and knowledgeable. This company should be in everyone's address book!
