Review content:
This is a great place for women with hectic schedules because your work-outs are always booked. As long as you honor your schedule, exercising ceases to be something you try to squeeze into your day and becomes a regular part of your schedule. And for some of us that is a big part of why this system works so well. Working with the same group of women also builds rapport, extra commitment, and is fun. Great group of members! There could be more variety in the excercises, but the core program is solid and works well. Trainers are very knowledgeable and will keep you on track and motivated.
