Review content:
We booked a huge job with Town and Country in August. We had a rebuilt chimney, new liner, and all sorts of work done to the tune of about $7k. We had coupons from their website which we still can't get them to honor. The house smells like, well, a chimney now that it's raining. They claim to not get my messages. I called 4 times this morning and they don't seem to know how to use their phone. I called the owner's cell phone and he was very curt with me. I am totally frustrated. I, at this time, would NOT recommend them. They get your money then never call back. I can't even vouch for the workmanship because our chimney smelled up the house every time it rained before they did their work, and it smells worse now that it's raining post job. One big NO.
