Review content:
I received a bid and signed a contract with Town and
Country to repair my chimney. The contract was for $6400. Once they began work they tried to raise the price to $20,000. When I told them this was out of the question the rep went outside called his ""boss"" and came back saying he would do the repair for $17,000.
We refused and stuck to the original contract. I have no confidence in the work they performed and was left with the impression because I did not jump at the higher price
The chimney may still be defective and they were not responsible. BUYER BEWARE.
