After a horrible experience with a large plumbing supply store in Redwood City our contractor recommended checking out Decorative Plumbing. The business is run by a family and they certainly know what they are doing. They carry all of the major brands but don't have a large showroom. It is helpful if you know some specifics about what you want when you go in. Even if you don't know what you want they can help you find something that will fit your needs. The very best part is that my order was delivered the very next day at no charge! They have all of their items sent overnight and then they deliver them to your home (well, at least they did for my large order).
