I started this diet 2 1/2 months ago, was desperate for something to shed some weight and boy does it work. For all those posters who say that the positive reviews are fake, please contact me and I will attest that they are wrong. I not only have a food allergy but do not like chicken (I know!! Who doesn't like chicken?!?) and they have been amazingly accomodating to me. The meatballs and meatloaf are DELICIOUS!!!! The coffee mousse is to die for and they even let me have two sweet snacks a day instead of one sweet and one savory.
Pros: Very accomodating and delicious food
Cons: A few kinks but none that the staff cannot work out.
