I lived at this building for half a year. I had problems with ventilation and rotting odors. The super took 3 months to find a solution only after I threatened to file a complaint with the state health board. Then a few weeks into summer the super turned my central A/C off because I kept the apt set to 69' instead of 74'. Kate Kenny (the super) continued for two weeks with false claims of HVAC repairs and visits while my A/C was down through the hottest (100') part of the summer. After having 2 weeks of no A/C I managed to explore an oft-locked utility room where I found 2 sole circuit breakers switched to "OFF." I switched them on and my A/C worked within 30 seconds of returning to my apt. I emailed super concerning my discovery and she pretended to be surprised about "my discovery." She never pursued my fix for the problem further nor could she address me face-to-face again. Slum lords and liars. Avoid this place.
