I have been a Licensed Real Estate professional for 15 years and have worked with Jeff Merritt for a while. He came into our office a few years back, my inspector was leaving the profession so I gave him a chance. Over the years he has conducted close to 100 inspections for my clients. Many of my clients have commented on how professional and thorough he is. This is why I feel comfortable referring him to referring him to others. Our first client together was a well-known civil engineer who bought an old school house. Jeff spent the day at the property and the client was completely impressed. He makes me look good with my clients, he cares to do the best job and find out as much as he can about each property he inspects. He is a wealth of knowledge.
