In my experience, Harold does quality work but you really have to be there watching him the whole time. He can be rather aggressive about pushing the projects he wants to do on your house rather than what you want him to do. Oh, and if you really want him to listen to you, you have to be a man. The last time I hired him was after I had moved away from Cleveland, and needed some painting done on my vacant house before it went on the market. I was very clear about what I wanted done, sending him a list via email prior to his starting work. Unfortunately, once he got to the house, and I was not there to say no, Harold decided to add a carpentry project of his own that was not on my list, and he failed to complete some of the painting that I wanted done. Even so, he said he had done everything on my list and I paid him for it. Months later I found out that some of the painting had never been done and now the areas look really, really bad and much more work needs to be done to repair the neglect. Needless to say, I'll be hiring someone else. Instead of Shiloh, I recommend Mike Conley at Mike's Painting Co. or John Deutsch at Work Done Co. They have both done great work for me and are nice, respectful, honest people too.
