I will never buy from Kastle Keep Guns Inc., As far as I am concerned they can keep all their stock. At the urging of a good friend I went to Kastle Keep on 1/24/2011 to buy a Gen4 Glock 23. I was there at opening and waited patiently as they serviced other people who rushed ahead of me. When I was finally waited on, I asked to see the gen4 Glock 23 in the display case. I also asked if the seemingly high price was their best price as I was interested in purchasing. I received a snide reply of yes that is our best price, and was told he need to get the keys. On his way back to me with the keys he took a phone call (despite 3 other employees not helping customers) and then informed me I no longer needed to see the Glock or worry about the price as he had just sold it on the phone and it was the last one he had. I left and Went to Coles where I should have gone in the first place. I experienced excellent customer service and paid almost a hundred ( $100.00 ) less than the best price at Kastle Keep Guns. Coles the Glock 23 in stock along with a huge selection of other weapons and accessories. I have since purchased multiple guns from Coles.
