Art Plumbing is a very pleasant company to deal with, but the prices they charge are OUTRAGEOUS.
I was forced to pay a trip charge of $40 because I wasn?t willing to pay them $1250 to replace my water heater. Other contractors I called averaged $500-$600 for the same work and included a full year warranty, whereas Art only offered a 90 day warranty at the $1250 price. The water heater and install bits costs about $250 so they are charging $1000 for two to three hours of work!!!
Their web site says they are the Picasso of Plumbing and A/C. At the prices they charge you?d think Picasso was doing the work!
