Got my AC system checked on April 28, 2008 and was told everything was okay. The technician said he wished he could find something wrong that way he has something to do but he can't find anything wrong with our AC unit and compressor. When he left, he set the AC thermostat at 80 degrees whic was OK for me. Two days later my kids were complaining it was so hot in the house, so I had the AC down to 65 degrees but i could not hear the unit running. My husband went to check the AC unit in the attic and discovered that the AC unit's cover was incorrectly placed back and as a result the AC switch came off. My husband placed back the cover correctly and now the i could hear the unit running but it has been running for 2 hours and 30 minutes and the whole house remains hot.. .we're not getting any cold air..I called the company about the problem we have encountered..
