I've been coming to Jeff since he first open in 1990, and all my cars he's done were nothing short of impecable. Over the years, I've gotten to know him and his staff and one thing for sure is his attention to detail and always making sure each and every customer is made to feel right at home and totally taken care of, the way it should be. I know for a fact he really cares, because when on one occasion when I was on my way out of town and didn't have an appointment, he actually left his lunch to help his crew get me out on time. I don't understand what's up with the negative comments on this blog, every time I've been there, all his customers love him as much as I do. Not only do they carry all the best films,but they take the time to explain the differences, unlike other companies that bait and switch to get your buisness. I have never, and I repeat it again, NEVER heard any direct negative criticism about him and I have sent alot of customers his way from where I work at Marcos Auto Body shop in San Gabriel. Believe me I woud here it. All I can say is ask any reliable source who knows him and his staff directly, and you won't be disapointed...
