This is one scary guy. As slick as they come. He lost my file (more than once) and after taking my money claimed they didn't have any record of me or of me ever even being a client of his at all. What?? Finally, after presenting a cancelled check for $2500 eh suddenly found my file (??) Turns out he was friends with the guy I was fighting court and just avoiding me. He deliberately failed to disclose that to me. Unreal!! And VERY unprofessional!! I filed a complaint with the bar against him. Very unethical attorney. Shady!!
