I also received a call from this company and found them to be very professional and fair priced. I thought my tech, Dan, was very sweet and knowledgeable. As for the other person that made a review, I also had mold in my unit. I would imagine that in Florida, where it's very hot and humid, you would most likely find mold in everyone's system. I was asked to buy a UV Light, but declined that service. I did purchase their Preventive Maintenance Agreement, feeling that that was a great bargain and should I run in to a major problem that program could save me money. I would highly recommend this company.
