i went through a walkthrough with a girl last week. I liked the surroundings, so I decided to make a reservation. the girl didn't even write it down and she gave me a contract to fill out at home?? this place doesn't seem to have it together cause when I went back in with my baby and the paperwork, another employee informed me that I was NOT in the books. that girl must have not liked me and decided NOT to write down my reservation for some reason; though I am looking for a regular place to board. I didnt care at that point when the other employee tried to say there was room, I wasn't about to leave my dog there.
