Review content:
This is my first review and I am making it because I used to think this nursery was one of the better ones, but my last few visits the customer service has been lacking and the plant quality is not always up to par. So I guess it was a collision course waiting to happen. Tuesday July 3, 2007, the time 4:45pm (Open till 6:00) we went to get a load of gravel for a project we were working on for the 4th. Unfortunately our crystal ball was broken or we would have known that just because a store is open it doesn't mean it's employees want to sell you anything. We needed one scoop of rock, but for a store more interested in play than work we were turned away with the cheery request to come back on Thursday. Fortunately for us there are rock and nursery supply stores that do want to provide customer service, we got our rock from somewhere else and at 5:30 mind you, luckily someone knew that the 3rd of July is not a holiday. Obviously we won't be shopping there again. It just confirms that getting bigger doesn't mean getting better.
