My car was hit in a parking lot and this was the first time I needed auto body work done. John was very helpful - from calling the rental car company to come pick me to dealing with CSAAA for direct payment. Their estimate came in right on target. The work is great - my front bumper, grill and hood had to be replaced. The Highlander looks brand new from the front. John was very good about calling to keep me posted on status, as well, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend using them.
