Businiess name:  Neerings Plumbing & Heating

Review content:
I was a recently divorced woman who had just returned to work after taking 6 weeks off for surgery (in other words, I was vulnerable and broke) when my water heater went out. Naively thinking that plumbers would all charge about the same (give or take $100), I called this outfit because our previous plumber had recently retired and apparently sold his customer list to Neerings, who sent me a coupon good for $25 off. I was also impressed that they (Neerings) had been in business for so many years. My second biggest mistake (after falling for the bait) was not asking up front what they charge--I assumed it would be a fair price, based on the water heater's capacity and how long it took to install. Pros: I learned from the experience! Cons: I felt totally ripped off!
