I am a Fremont resident & I am VERY surprised at some of the Negative reviews of Pacific Stereo in Fremont. I want to start off by saying that I am a Female that is not too knowledgable about car audio components. I was treated in a Very nice and professional manner by both of my Sales associates (Maz & Abdul). I purchased a full video and navigation system from them for my 2006 Ford Expedition. By the time I left the store I was completely educated about all the components that were involved in my system. I NEVER felt like i was being talked down to or hussled. Maz took the time to go through the pricing with me and 'encouraged' me to shop Pacific Stereo's pricing against ANY other store in the Bay Area & make the purchase after I was confident about the pricing. I was not ready to make a purchase that day. My fiancee deals with a different Stereo shop in Fremont and we wanted to see what kind of deal he could get. The other shop actually thought that we were lying about the pricing that I was offered & warned me to beware of 'a catch'. The reason Im writing this is because there wasnt one!!! Abdul pulled the EXACT equipment that we had talked about off the shelves & Maz honored the pricing givin to me a few days prior! My boyfriend is now a Pacific Stereo customer as are all his friends... Maz, Abdul, Moe, Eddie & Ozzy - This is a note to Thank You all!!! If you're loking for a system these are the guys to talk to...
Pros: Very Competitive Pricing & Excellent Customer Service...
