Review content:
Early Dec 2012 Dr. Mark Keilman got me a consultation the next day after I called him with a toothache. The cracked tooth would need a root canal and it was scheduled a week later. But the pain continued to worsen and became literally unbearable by the following day and I called again and begged for a quicker appointment. He got me in the chair the next afternoon. The tooth was cracked all the way through and would have to be pulled and replaced with an implant by a specialist. But Dr. Keilman went to the trouble of drilling out the tooth and the roots so that the pain and inflammation would begin to subside quicker. He filled it with a plasticizer to keep it stable even though he knew it was going to be pulled out in just a few days. And he charged me only a couple of hundred bucks for doing 2/3rds of the work of a complete root canal job! In my book that's a very fair price for a half an afternoon of work and professional advice for me on my desperate condition. His staff got me an appointment with a specialist for that very next morning. Not to charge me for the root canal work he did was extremely nice of him and his follow-up calls to check on my condition were also a kind touch.
