I moved in over the summer did my initial walk through upon moving in and found 5 things that needed to be fixed. It took them at least a month to fix 3 things. I've been here 4 months now and the other two things have yet to be fixed. Parking is horrible, yes it is covered parking but it's not assigned you have a tag to hang that says you can park there but that IS NOT enforced. I live in a one bedroom, one bath. The water heater is SO SMALL that I can't take a shower without the water getting cold (and I don't take long showers), forget filling up the bathtub to realx (unless you want a cold bath). The majority of the people in the leasing office ARE NOT very friendly. The price is good, but really not worth it.
Pros: the price, accepts pets
Cons: parking, timely manner of maintenance, water heater
