Review content:
Although the price is probably one of the cheapest in LA, I recommend paying more for a professional crematory/funeral services company. Coping with the loss of a family member is difficult enough without having to deal with incompetent service. It took almost two weeks before they finally cremated my stepfather because they were not on top of getting the doctor to sign the death certificate. I called almost every day for a status and almost never received a return call. I had to keep calling until I got a hold of someone who knew what was going on. I have never heard of taking over a week to get the doctor to sign a death certificate. Then it turns out they gave us incorrect info regarding how to fill out some papers, so they had to refax them to us to fill out again before the crematory would cremate the body. They also printed the wrong birthdate on the certificate, which will take another few weeks to fix. I had asked them to send me the incorrect certificates in the meantime, which they never did, so I was forced to drive over to pick them up myself. Also, they charge $695 but they also tack on another $50 that they do not tell you about for having an ""extra"" person pick up the body. Hello, of course you need two people to pick up a body, not one! I also called before 9 a.m. one day, and some guy who answered was incredibly rude, saying I shouldn't call before 9 a.m. Don't pick up the phone then! I would never, ever recommend them to anyone and regret that I did. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Pros: Cheap Price
Cons: Horrible Service, Incompetent, Rude
