Do not go to this service center! The floor manager is disrespectful, does not value your opinion and has INSULTED my family?s intelligence. I purchased two sets of tires and had alignments performed on two vehicles. After 4 appointments total, they could not get the alignment right on one of the vehicles. The steering wheel was WAY OFF center and the camber was out on ALL WHEELS! When I took the vehicle back for warranty work for the third time, the shop manager argued with me that the car could NEVER be aligned correctly! The whole time this individual was smirking and looking at me like I was an idiot for even thinking about having the vehicle rechecked. I took the vehicle to another Goodyear location and they said that the alignment was not correct at all. They were amazed that this service center let my car go in that horrible of a condition. They performed a beautiful alignment on the vehicle in less than one hour. I had to pay the other Goodyear for yet another alignment because the Goodyear was within the 25 mile warranty radius from the other store. The vehicle is lowered from factory one inch. I do have all the necessary hardware and parts installed on the vehicle to accommodate this modification. With this information, I wanted the service center to recheck the alignment on the other vehicle because it was still under warranty. I left the vehicle with them for 5 hours, and they still did not do an alignment check. I will have to pay for another alignment yet again. NEVER, NEVER go to this service center.
