Review content:
They offer a wellness plan (like insurance) you pay a monthly fee but the plan covers only what is listed. So we bought the most expensive because it covers dental. But then they said he might have a heart murmur so we need to test and confirm (not covered by the plan and is several hundred dollars) if the test confirms the heart murmur we operate (not covered by the plan and is several hundred dollars) so we can't afford the test, the operation, and now we are trapped paying the wellness plan because once you sign up it is very hard to get out because all those discounts you were given (what the plan covers) you must pay. So if they gave your cat a shot covered 100% by the plan now you must pay for the shot and that single shot could be worth more than a single payment.
But you can get out of the plan, or reduce the coverage, a year later so we asked at the counter but they said we have to call their HQ. We called and they confirmed a reduction from $50/month to $20/month. But this request never went through and we have been caught paying another yearly plan at $50/month.
