Review content:
I have been going to Renee for years and this is the 3rd time I have visited her at this location. I left Skin Solutions last Thursday not noticing anything out of the ordinary. As the night progressed I started to notice 2 large sores appearing on my chin. By the next morning there were 2 full fledged open wounds on my chin that oozed for the next 3 days and now it looks like I have 2 holes in my chin. I went back to Skin Solutions today hoping that they could offer some treatment or ointment to help my chin heal quicker and to keep my face from possible scarring. All I got was a surprised look of disgust at how ugly my chin looks and a half-hearted apology. Nowhere on the list of possible side effects of laser treatments is there any mention of burned holes in your skin. The only advice Dr. Deb and Renee gave me was to quit using the neosporin I've been using for 3 days and go buy some hydrocorizone to help it heal quicker. Thanks a lot! Meanwhile, I am the one who has to walk around embarrassed by the strange stares and comments I receive from my co-workers; I am the one who has avoided my friends and public places for almost a week and I am the one who will be paying for future treatments if my chin scars! Take this as a warning - do not go to Skin Solutions!
Pros: nice atmosphere
Cons: they may scar you for life
