Review content:
I need to rewrite my review (glowing) from last summer: Peter was very easy to work with while I was paying him cash-- my first mistake-- and writing checks for materials (another mistake, but at least I have records).
Plants were delivered and left in the summer heat, often without water while the hardscape was being dug. He said-- I have the emails-- that he would replace plants that died. He didn't.
I asked him to help me dig holes to replace plants that died which I purchased. He never showed.
I asked him to come over and look at the plants he planted six months ago. I wanted to show him that the ones I planted three weeks ago have already progressed beyond his.
Peter's response to this last request was an offer to come over, bargain with me on a price, and then ""be done"" with me. As he remembers things, I did not pay him completely for the last job. He is as rude as he is wrong. I have records. I doubt he does: he took cash and ran. (Are you listening IRS?)
He won't be bidding on any future work in my neighborhood.
