I just recently used fedex kinko's at this location for the first time and it will be the very last time. I have been to other locations and have had great experiences but this place will never get another dime or minute of my time again. I went in there to have a picture and some writing along side of it. I had to explain to the guy over and over again what I wanted while hanging over his shoulder because he wasn't doing what I asked. He told me he'd email the final product to me at noon the next day. About 3pm when I called back they couldn't find my order at all and said would call back. When I called back once again at 630pm they had found my paper with very little instruction. When I came to pick it up 2 days later it was in the wrong color ink and they had to redo everything. I only went to them because I was a under a stressful family deadline or otherwise I would have done it myself which now looking back at it I wish I had done. Please save yourself the stress and time and find somewhere else, even another fedex kinko's, just not that one.
