Review content:
A knowledgeable office manager answered my phone call -- He was very nice and, asked a few questions about the house before sending anyone out. Alan was the one who came to the house. He was really nice, professional and punctual. He worked with us to determine the best locations for the new outlet boxes. Again, the previous handymen/owners had done a poor job, so I really appreciated the thought that Alan put into finding the right placement, one that solved the immediate problem but that also would work for any future additions to our house. It just showed they cared. The electricians who completed the job were also really nice, very professional and on time. From the top down, everyone seemed to take pride in their craft. I love that.
We have had many contractors work on our 1930's home and William G. Hyman Electric is the best electrical contractor in Washington. We have some other projects coming up and we'll definitely be calling them back. It'll also be a pleasure to recommend them to friends or anyone else who needs an electrician.
