5 stars - Late in the day in early June 2010 I took my 03 Windstar to Transmission Shop on Conant in Detroit. I don't know much about automatics and it was making noise. Sean, the manager, said he would check it out and kept the van overnight. The next morning at 9 I called him and he said the trans was fine and the noise was from the catalytic converter. Sean didn't charge me anything. He was professional and a good guy to deal with. The shop was busy and looked clean and well-organized. The trans has been fine, just like he said.
