They also negelect to tell you the cell phone service is horrible to nothing at all. This complex is a dead zone for calls. Comcast also has alot of problems with the cabeling; regular cable service outages are common. After the lease the cost goes up alot on month to month, beware, not much notice on this. Parking violations are not addresses and often a problem. The grass is always soaked and not very useful; lakes bring the mosquitoes. PASS Pros: Nice to Look At Cons: Cell Service, Cable & Parking
