Forget it! H.D. has frequently been my playground, but this particular location is the worst I've ever experienced. At least 2 times this week the Garden Center was closed during peak times. The first time I parked my car, filled up the basket with plants and found locked doors to the area. I had to cart the length of the store to go inside and check out, only to then again walk the length of the store outside to return to my car in 98 degree weather temperature. I was told during both visits that there had been several ""call outs"". I don't necessarily fault that store management, but you've got to rethink your hiring decisions. If you're leading the right way, you won't have that many associates abandon ship on the same day. I haven't always been impressed with this location anyway. The plants appear poorly cared for and the store fequently looks messy and disorganized. Although it's a little further, I think I'll visit Lowe's more often.
Pros: Location as usual
Cons: Staffing levels and store organization
