Review content:
Protech Northland was the first company I called when my furnace broke last week, and I'm glad I went with them. My heat exchanger was under warranty, but Carrier couldn't supply the part for at least a month. What makes Protech Northland special is that they went to Carrier's warranty department and because Carrier couldn't couldn't supply the part in a resonable timeframe they got me a brand new furnace to replace my old one, which was three months shy of 20 years old. It's amazing how fast things go from, ""sorry, we can't help you"", to new furnace when someone experienced steps in. I went from no heat to new furnace, during the NYE holiday, in less than a week for around a thousand dollars, only a couple hundred more than I would have paid to replace the part alone. Their staff were personable, professional, and worked hard to get me back up and running.
