When I came across a property I loved that Eqwest had posted on Craigslist. I checked the internet for reviews before going through with the application process. Although there were some not so pleasant reviews, I already had to eliminate some as untrue because just after viewing the property I was impressed by the superiority of its cleanliness, and newer appliances. All other properties in this price range were no where near the excellant condition of the property managed by Eqwest. So we went ahead with the app process. I was very clear about what would appear on the application once it came back as far as credit and rental history. We had been turned down a few times before from property managers telling me that we would probably get approved, only to deny us without even asking for a explanation. I was very clear with all the other places
