Review content:
Called today to report that one of my solar panels is still leaking pretty bad. I was informed by the lady on the phone that I had to pay an upfront 129.95 trip/service charge. WHAT!? My panels are till under warranty. They either put another bad panel in or didn't change it out like they said they did. This is not good service and if they stay with that philosophy then it won't be long before they go out of business. They should back charge the panel company not the consumer.
